A VPN may solve the issue. Normally the issue is caused by your internet provider blocking you and is common in China and the Middle East. You can get around this problem by using a VPN. Alternatively, if you are using a VPN and your card was rejected, try turning it off.

We suggest you refresh your browser after activating your VPN. Clearing your cache will usually resolve the issue of the form not sending.
