International School of Uganda is over-heavy with staff for just 480 students. There is the admin with a full-time director, business manager, dean of studies/IB coordinator (Who just happens to be the director's wife and also gets a huge salary), marketing manager (who is on the school leadership team despite knowing nothing about education), human resources manager, procurement manager, campus manager of International School of Uganda, transport manager, registrar, accountant and 6 secretaries! Meanwhile the senior school science labs are.... In terms of package at International School of Uganda, its okay. You used to get a housing allowance of 700 dollars which could get you a decent house near the school or in another area if you chose. The school has now just taken on apartments outside the school gates for new overseas hires which is a big down-grade in terms of living accommodation.... International School of Uganda doesn't give much support or information on.... |
