The The Harbour School is 7 years old and is in the process of converting an old school in Ap Lei Chau into a primary school by 2017...

At The Harbour School the 7-12 year school is a converted rented building which looks nothing like a school with no staffroom or work stations for teachers...

That said The Harbour School was the most disorganised school I ever worked for...

There is no viable discipline policy at The Harbour School and the students can roam wherever they want with no consequences...
