1. Many teachers at St. Joseph's Institution International Malaysia had no textbooks when the school opened in 2016, and didn't receive them for months (May 2017 in one case)...  

3.  Antagonistic relationship with the Board of Governors of St. Joseph's Institution International Malaysia: ... The Board also picks small battles while ignoring larger issues...  

I realise that some of these are small occurrences, and that they may not, in each instance, demonstrate any mal intent.  I also realise that a new school will have hiccups and wrinkles to work out (trust me, this is commonly used to manipulate teachers at St. Joseph's Institution International Malaysia).  However,...
