The many negative posts are a fairly accurate picture of Qatar Leadership Academy in the past according to friends and colleagues but there are many changes this past year which... The Qatar Leadership Academy has undergone many changes with a rotating door of academic heads... The Qatar Leadership Academy is organized differently from an international school. Our director is military personnel who is a high level administrator and our true educational director is... Additionally our senior management is the Pre University Education office of Qatar Foundation which coordinates 8 k-12 academies including Qatar Leadership Academy... In the past 2 years I have seen some positive changes mainly due to our new military director and our new academic head at Qatar Leadership Academy... The students at Qatar Leadership Academy are challenging but if you build relationships with the cadets your job becomes more satisfying... Teachers at Qatar Leadership Academy are helpful to one another and there is generally good teamwork... There can be frustrations with this aspect of the Qatar Leadership Academy but it is not a deal breaker in most cases... I see Qatar Leadership Academy on an upward curve at this point in time... |
