For me, this was my first international teaching experience, and a positive one at International School of Monagas. I was able to focus on my teaching, take risks with new projects, and really enjoy the small class size.... Mr. E (local way to address him) is an approachable and supportive director and the overall management of the school seems quite transparent.... The secondary school (middle/high school) teachers are constantly faced with the challenges of working with unmotivated students and a heavy work load preparing for classes at International School of Monagas. This year a new policy for adequate performance was enacted, but seemingly not.... |
