If International School Benghazi ever reopens avoid it at all costs... Post-Gadaffi Libya is lawless and extremely violent but International School Benghazi repeatedly claimed otherwise, luring teachers with young families with their lies that all was well and... I assume International School Benghazi must now be closed because of ongoing violence in the city... Kidnapping and murder were daily threats staff at International School Benghazi lived with, with very poor medical care (no staff medical cover despite promises) and a general poor standard of living... The danger was there though - and every day and night International School Benghazi staff heard gunfire either from local militia bases or random shootings in the night... No need then to mention the lack of resources in International School Benghazi; the persistently late payment of salaries or the troubles initial flights getting reimbursed... With luck International School Benghazi will stay closed... |
