The Canadian Center Tuxtla Gutierrez is a well-respected school in Tuxtla, Gutiérrez. I personally enjoyed Tuxtla as well as working for this private English school, and made many good friends both at work and home. I took advantage of the opportunity to visit colorful San Cristobal many times. Tuxtla is hot and humid, and of course there are many cultural differences, which is the reason I came here for. Tuxtla is a 'nothing' town--25 minutes from there is the beautiful Sumiredo Canyon--but better not come to teach as a way to pay for your trip! You'll come out having paid for your ticket, plus money to rent a small insect-infested rooms, but the work schedule and the rigidity of Canadian Center Tuxtla Gutierrez makes it a doubly-draining experience.

The Director has more Mexican teachers at Canadian Center Tuxtla Gutierrez teaching with very pronounced accents, unintelligible sometimes....
