I
recently renewed my membership,
why does the "membership
expired" screen
pop up when I try to log in? |
If you had a membership to ISR in the past and that membership
expired, chances are you're trying to log in with the data
from the expired membership
which used
a
slightly
different user name and/or
password
than your newest membership. If you submitted a new membership
form when you rejoined the site, this may be your situation.
If you can't remember your new log in, please use the lost password
feature on the log in page to retrieve
your most current information. If you continue to have problems
by all means do contact us for help. |

I
was taken to the membership expired" screen because
I used
my expired membership log in.
Now, when I try to log in with my new membership data the "expired" screen
keeps popping up. How do I stop this? |
You'll need to restart
your browser to clear this message. If you continue to get the
message you'll need to restart your computer. You may also need to
clear
temp. files and cookies. |

| How do I make changes
to a review I submitted? |
When
you submitted your review you were given the option to enter
a "secret" word that could later be used to identify
you as the author of a review. You'll need to supply the "secret" word
for changes to be made to a review. ISR does not remove reviews
from the web site and permits only MINOR changes to be made
to a review in accord with our terms
of use.
d
To request changes please copy and
paste
your entire
review into a word document. Make MINOR changes in that document
and send the entire file back as an attachment. Be sure to
include the "secret" word at the top of your document.
We will make a complete substitution of your review. Do not send
instructions
to change
sentences
or individual
words. Send
revisions to internationalschoolsreview@yahoo.com |

| I'm
an ISR Member, why doesn't my log in work at the forum? |
In
the welcome letter we sent when you joined the site we explain
the forum requires
a
separate registration
procedure. You'll find the "register" link at the forum.
We set it up this way because many site members prefer that their
members'
area user name not be displayed on the forum. Keep in mind that
forums display the user name next to postings. |
