Hi everyone.
I was recently made aware that on ISS, schools can see a numerical rating for a teacher based on their references. I am wondering if anyone has any insight as to what the criteria is for this rating.
Also, I am curious if the scale for it is the same as a grade for school, where 5/10 is failing, 9/10 is outstanding, etc.
And does Search have a similar system? If so, does it differ?
Thanks in advanced.
ISS References - Teacher Rating
Response
Kinda, ISS also manages ISs and the ratings are intended for recruiting in their own ISs. An external recruiter/leader though can make contact and probably get the rating. Its changed over the years and has been x/5, x/10, and x/100.
SA does not. Unlike ISSs centralized structure, SA is very decentralized. Associates have the discretion to approve or reject a reference before making it visible in the ITs profile but its not rated.

Re: ISS References - Teacher Rating
PG is partly right on some things (ISS) and partly/very wrong (ISS and SA).
