Hi- Can someone please share with me how people dress at the recruiting fairs? Do men and women wear suits or are slacks and a sweater adequate?

The teachers usually dress for the fair. Shirt and tie, jacket and shoes. I have gone in slacks, shirt, tie and nice shoes without the jacket.

I have read on joyjobs about women wearing pant suits not being a good idea. I disagree. I don't wear dresses or skirts - despise them. I wear pants. I received 3 job offers at the fair. My suggestion: Just look professional!
