For Tallinn picture a Finnish version of Prague :)

I interviewed with them last week. Just heard it came down to myself and one other candidate, I came second...

Its a good school tier 1 for the region. Some of the faculty there have been there forever. Its a very quite, idyllic place to be. If I was looking to settle town and retire it could be on my list. The problem now, is that its really too small and on the boring side for me. Thats the biggest complaint ive heard really is that it gets boreing. If you like routine and just want a safe comfortable school and location its near the top. Admin is very supportive, the students are well mannered and above average. There really arent any HR issues, you get paid on time. There isnt a lot of time commitment outside of your scheduled classes.
