Comments: Teacher retention is very poor at Yew Chung International School with a higher number of teachers leaving each year than is normal at an international school. Ironically this is not seen as a problem of the administration's policies but as a problem with individual teachers. Contracts are only adhered to when they benefit Yew Chung International School and each year several teachers are fired, some even after receiving excellent work reviews. There is no consistency.
