Victoria International School only hires teachers from Australia, so if you're not, there's probably no point reading on.... Sharjah is a nice place, and it's very close to Dubai. Traffic is horrendous. Cost of living is much cheaper than in Australia. Variety of food & restaurants are spectacular. Shopping is fantastic. Travels around the Gulf area is affordable. The heat is a killer in May-Sept.... Note, I am writing about the Middle & Senior schools, as that's my section at the Victoria International School. Most of this clearly applies to Primary, too, though.... At Victoria International School there is.... |
