The secondary head has no memory..answers and policies change with the last person 'he' has spoken with. Promises galore are made but action is never made at St. Julians School.... He is not below bullying to get his own way and this is part and parcel of the Head of Dept. complaints at St. Julians School. To be fair, he will go the extra yard to get his own way and will try his utmost to change your mind.... St. Julians School is lucky in so much as it has GREAT STUDENTS.... However, the school will go to great lengths to.... We moved away from another International School in the Lisbon area to St. Julian's School 2 years ago. The move was traumatic for us as it was very sudden. But, it turned out to be the best thing for our family... It took +- 6-months to settle in before St Julian's became our home-away-from-home. The community is active, children are kept busy and the campus is beautiful and vast, with world class sports facilities... The teachers at St. Julian's School have some challenges but these never impact the work they do with the children... The balance at St. Julian's School between local and international is healthy - certainly more so than at the other school where we felt a distinct divide and always felt like outsiders - although at the time we couldn't put our finger on it, we recognize it now as a "them vs. us" culture... Here at St Julian's School, parents adhere to all the rules and policies and work with the teachers to get the students to abide by the rules too... |
