Mr G leads no meetings with teaching staff at St. Constantines in Tanzania. Staff that have joined in August have already stated that they will not renew future contracts due to his poor leadership and confrontational management style. Staff who ask about their welfare are branded as ‘irritating’ and Staff openly mock him....

Female members of staff at St. Constantines, Tanzania, have left his office in tears at the way in which they have been intimidated by him....
