Organisation in Rakess English Speaking School is appaling, mainly due to an inaffectual SMT. The Director cannot make any decisions without the board's approval (and I mean any decisions)....

Staff generally are very disgruntled, with only adequate housing (Which is meant to be furnished but only has the very basic essentials. Expect to spend £100s to make it a home)....

Contract states that Rakess English Speaking School pays for 2 children plus materials?? Be prepared to pay for books, exams....

Medical insurance is....

Salaries are not bad at Rakess English Speaking School but are much better in Dubai (in spite a higher cost of living). Rakess English Speaking School is a smaller version of Wales with promotion given to the Director's social circle....

The school has a high turnover, as most teachers cannot last more than 2 years. Basicaly give the school some....
