Prices of food are 2 to 3 times those in the U.S. Most arrive by ship. Internet connections are very sporadic and slow when connected. Medical facilities are almost nonexistent. Crime continues on the streets as well as break-ins at night. Transportation within the city is by service taxi and generally not....
