The Previous Principal at Lechwe School Zambia had drive, integrity and looked after his staff. The Board seemed to be trying to make Lechwe School Zambia look better, although they told the last Principal no money was available....

The school numbers will drop due to the Board's interference in matters and total unprofessionalism towards teachers. They have favorites who are looked after, but the rest of us suffer....
