PD is good. The staff are generally friendly enough at International School of Lausanne. Young(er) staff can be very cliquey. Fine if you are in the clique, very isolating if you are not. French speakers and Swiss staff are even more so. They will happily speak French to each other around the staff room knowing full well...

Lausanne is small. Beautiful but small. Not a lot going on and it can be a little sleepy. Also, you are guaranteed to bump into students, parents and staff downtown when you are shopping or drinking coffee or worse, at 2 am after a long night...
