Comments: The administration at Hsinchu International School cared greatly for student development and achievement. They were not so great at communicating wants and needs to their staff. This frequently created a uncertain/unstable atmosphere between the teachers and the principal. Perhaps this is something that has changed at Hsinchu International School....

Academic resources at Hsinchu International School are naturally more limited than that of a large English-speaking school. We were without a library or laptops for the kids. Student textbooks were used. Students were supposed to buy laptops and lose the textbooks....

Housing was not provided or subsidized at Hsinchu International School; however, a small allowance was supposed to be provided beginning in 2007-08. Local Health care was basically....
