Comments: The administration is only as effective as the meddling of the director and office staff allow at Gyeongnam International Foreign School. In this case, the principal was fired half way through the year. Before he was fired, all teachers had agreed to stay another year. After he was fired, not a single, foreign hire teacher....

Adequate academic and disciplinary support exists at Gyeongnam International Foreign School. It is a very small school with few problems. Support for special needs students is minimal with some ESL support.

The director is a business manager with little involvement in the academics at Gyeongnam International Foreign School, as he has no educational experience or degrees in that area....
