The apartments are also new at Gulf International School Kuwait, or they have been gutted and renovated. Unfortunately, the builders were in such a rush to get it finished at the lowest possible price that few finishing touches were done and what was done was a shoddy effort. Everything is already falling apart only six months later. The plumbing is substandard, as is the central air. The windows are paper thin and not well sealed so the noise from the call to prayer from the mosque next door is....
