Comments: Frankfurt International School is, overall, a good school to work at for a few years. The main problem at the school is an incompetent IT department, who make life difficult for faculty and staff. The IT director doesn't have the skills to run a twenty-first century IT program and is never seen on campus. He is known for his outbursts and general unwillingness to be of help to anyone. If the laws weren't so strict, he would be made redundant. Then, Frankfurt International School could really GO somewhere....

Having said that, the package is good at Frankfurt International School and living in Germany is fairly easy. The assistant principals at the Upper School are very supportive of teachers and contribute a great deal to Frankfurt International School.

It is easy to save money if you're a teaching couple, but all the nearby European destinations are hard to resist....
