Comments: ISF Internationale Schule Frankfurt-Rhein-Main is part of the SABIS network of schools.

Teachers are required to teach according to the company lesson plans and with the SABIS materials. My observations are primarily in the secondary school at ISF Internationale Schule Frankfurt-Rhein-Main. In secondary, there is a very traditional teaching style where students memorize concepts and then take a multiple-choice test.

There is very little hands-on learning or critical thinking skills development. For example, in science the kids do not do the labs. They read about what would happen in a lab and memorize the outcome.

Teachers are not valued as professionals and their input is not solicited or wanted at ISF Internationale Schule Frankfurt-Rhein-Main. Constructive criticism...
