Comments: My students are able by UK standards. One can focus on learning rather than discipline issues. No student has told me “I do not have a pen!” Proficiency in English is an issue for some students at Dipont Education, but my Centre is taking steps such as 'English Only Days' to address this issue.

Teachers are required to be observed by the Centre Principal at Dipont Education and visiting heads of department. Staff are given due notification and the feedback I have received has been very constructive. Regular teacher observation is becoming standard practice in the UK and was also the case at my last school in the Middle East.
