Comments: There has been no professional development at The British School of Salalah and there are no leadership posts so the possibility of advancing is minimal at The British School of Salala. All staff have no experience of teaching overseas (apart from their current position). Teaching assistants at The British School of Salalah are poorly paid. They take time off for holidays during term time and do the job because there is nothing else for them to do.
