Comments:The
director, as well as, the board members have not complied with
the contracts that were signed at Escuela
Anaco Venezuela.
Legal working visas were not provided (as stated in the contract)
and teachers were asked
to release their passports to an airport official who was
bribed to put an illegal entry/exit stamp in our passports.
As a group, the foreign teachers at Escuela
Anaco Venezuela that questioned
this process and were called into the director's office, one
by one, and told

Escuela Anaco Venezuela is going through rough times, enrollment is down, especially
among the so called “corporate kids” whose tuition
pays all salaries/expenses of expat teachers. In 2008/09 there
were 19 corporate students each paying over $37,000 in tuition.

Salaries at Escuela Anaco Venezuela allow you to
save a good amount due to the fact that there is little to do in Anaco. And it
is a good place if you have children with plenty of outdoor
space, and relatively safe. Academically, resources are limited and outdated at Escuela Anaco Venezuela.
Expectations, especially in secondary, are low. Internet service and speed is....
