| Comments: Under
Dutch law, once you have become a permanent hire, it is very
difficult for the school to dismiss you. Consequently there
appears to be a new policy at the school whereby new teachers
are hired under a loophole in Dutch law for two one-year
contracts before they become permanent. Despite a wonderful
teachers association and a great teacher handbook which
appears to
support teachers at the school - none of this has any meaning
for new teachers....read
