Morale of the staff is low as shown by the school's internal survey. Staff turnover is high at American Community School of England with a large percentage of supply teachers retained to give partial cover to vacant posts.

Overall, there are parts of American Community School of England that are good. The Elementary School and Lower School at American Community School of England and very well thought of and the teachers there seem quite happy. Teaching loads are not overwhelming in most areas (the Upper School excluded) at American Community School of England. The American Community School of England mandates 'clubs' on certain afternoons and there is a large selection of sports offered to students at American Community School of England. There is an extensive gymnasium, workout room and pool on campus. Teachers at American Community School of England are required to purchase a membership for access.....
