I am a teacher here at the boys school of Al Maha Academy and I think I need to reply to some of the earlier comments... Al Maha Academy for Boys is not a bad school. It has its problems like any other school... The managers at Al Maha Academy Boys/Girls Division now are also good but the bigger problem is that our managers seem to change every year... Teachers do not leave this year because it is a bad school, they are leaving because the salaries at Al Maha Academy Boys/Girls Division are not good compared to other schools... The owners and directors of the Al Maha Academy Boys/Girls Division are not people with a background in education... Qatar is very expensive and is not easy to save money. Yesterday we all have an email from the admin of Al Maha Academy Boys/Girls Division telling us about changes to how housing allowance is paid... Al Maha Academy is a new school ... Although the Senior management at Al Maha Academy make all the right... Al Maha Academy was incomplete upon opening with regard to ICT suites and Science laboratories leaving staff coping in difficult circumstances. Very little experience on SMT of Senior school and IGCSE curricula... Three Heads of Department at Al Maha Academy have ...Salary and accommodation at Al Maha Academy is good in comparison with other schools in the country although... Brand new building with great facilities at Al Maha Academy... |
