Comments: For a young teacher coming over to England the cost is almost prohibitive as you must "front load" all of your expenses at ACS Hillingdon. The pay is low considering the cost of living in England. The "life-work balance" at the at ACS Hillingdon is extreme.

ACS Hillingdon is run for a profit and this is exactly what they mean, "put buns in the seats" regardless of the level of abilities!!! Parents would like to think they run the school. Not the best teaching situation at all at at ACS Hillingdon.
