Comments:
As noted above, most of the students are respectful at International School of Shekou, but there are discipline issues and they seem to be glossed over by the Director. Students are allowed to run through the halls screaming at the top of their lungs and nothing is done. Administrators at International School of Shekou walk by out-of-control students and do nothing. Teachers efforts at "crowd control" are of little use and teachers ultimately....

The Director of International School of Shekou is a personable man with seemingly good interpersonal skills. However, this turns out to be his "PR" side. There is another side--a very demeaning and bullying side. He is universally disliked by all staff and deservedly so. He can be seen in the halls berating staff, especially Chinese staff....
