No I'm not agreeing with you.
Let's break it down.
First they say "'We seek candidates who have two years or more of teaching experience in the same subject as the open position or at a similar grade level."
It doesn't say anything about domestic or international, so we can only conclude both are acceptable.
Then they say:
"Overseas experience is particularly valuable"
Meaning they value international experience more than domestic experience.

My guess is that it will be easier to find those 367 Primary/Elementary teachers than to fill the 82 ICT & Computer Science vacancies.
The number of available qualified teachers for those positions determines how in-demand you will be as a teacher.

Very true - I just posted the list to show the number of jobs available in each job category.

I'm looking at Maths positions in (hopefully) South East Asia so my options seem to be quite good according to the list of jobs that are available.

We'd stop this chest-thumping about in-demand subjects and instead discuss about how to become the best in your chosen field. Invest in yourself and learn from successful folks in your subject area to better your craft. It's pointless to extend this conversation any further.

No, thats what your claiming they state. Your right it doesnt say DE or IE, but the vast majority of ISs have similar statements of requirements and you cant get 2 years IE experience without 2 years of experience which you cant get in IE without 2 years experience, leaving the viable option to get that 2 years experience in DE. Thats the statement ana1ysis.
"Overseas experience is particularly valuable" doesnt say that experience has to be in IE, just outside of their HOR.

Those are vacancies, they dont account for availability of candidates. A field with 367 vacancies such as elementary ios over saturated there are far many more candidates than there are ITs, whereas ICT has a smaller number of vacancies there are fewer candidates than there are vacancies.
Teaching fields also waiver in demand and need over the years a single list of vacancies doesnt capture the totality of need and demand.

Maths demand and need varies across the spectrum of maths. There isnt the same demand for a primary maths specialist IT or a lower secondary maths IT than there is for SLL maths

Everyone from an English-speaking country with a teaching degree or even without can get a job at a lower tier 3 IS.
Overseas experience will almost always be in IE, a few exceptions aside.

Valuable to who and why? How can an English teacher benefit knowing math or physics HL has the highest demand or vacancies?

If you read the OP's post, you'll see that's it's at least valuable to some.
Some people can get accredited in multiple subjects, and knowing which one will give him/her the best chances of securing a job can be helpful.
Also, it's good to know how in-demand your subject is - if you're a HL Maths teacher, your chances of landing a job at a higher tier school are better than an Arts teacher, all other things being the same (experience, etc.). It might explain to some why they're having a harder time finding a job.

That being said, I'd always recommend to go for the subject that you are most passionate about, or you might end up hating your job.
