Best Fair for Schools in Spain and Italy

Hello All,

I haven't posted in a long time, but I am currently teaching in Colombia on a two-year agreement. While the school I work for is great, I won't be staying here past two years. I have dual United States/Italian Citizenship and am looking forward to moving to Europe, specifically Italy or Spain.

Does anyone know what the best job fair is to go to for jobs in Italy and/or Spain? Or, is it best to just write the directors/principals, which I have done in the past?

Specifically for Spain and Italy your better off writing them directly. Most of the three big fairs get about 2 schools from each country. If I had to pick one youd be best off doing the early London fair that runs Search and COIS back to back, and go to both of those fairs. Since you have italian citizenship though (which is a BIG plus), contacting heads will be the easiest approach for you. You didnt say what you taught but assuming there is a vacancy in your subject youd be near the top of the pile.
