Anyone familiar with this school and have information they'd be willing to share?

It is a Manitoba curriculum school in 6th of October. Nobody's heard of it because they pretty much only take Canadian teachers, so it is of little interest to the majority of international teachers.

A lot of the Canadian schools don't get mentioned for the same reason, because you have to Canadian qualified. Certainly not tier 1, but possibly not a terrible place to work.

It is actually a good school with a growing reputation

Headteacher is a really good guy that is very much into ensuring that his staff, not only work hard but also enjoy their time in Egypt

The only downside was the time it took to travel to the school if the staff lived in Maadi. It could take up to 2 hours to get back in the evening but with the new flyover connection to the Ring Road, this is down to about 30 minutes

Thanks, BFG. Have also heard good things about the headteacher. Am glad to hear that commuting time has been reduced - that was a huge concern for me.
