Yes, you've lost countless arguments, but you were the only one not to realise that. But hey, there's no shame in losing arguments, nobody is right all the time, and that's how you grow.

Your "research and reliable and trusted resources" mean nothing if you don't post them, so that could just be a lie. How would we know you're not making them up? You've said yourself that lying is ok.

Feel free to rent for €1,900 if you ever move The Hague.
We'll all be waving at you with pity from our very nice €1,250 apartments/houses, which are widely available for anyone willing to click on the provided link. This is probably why you think you can't save in Europe...

Leave him be. His second life is so bad he can't admit when he is wrong. His actual life must be really sad if it causes him to cling so tightly to delusions about housing prices in a city he doesn't know.

I have no issues admitting when Im wrong, have done so before in this forum, Im just not wrong, its €1900.
