If you don't me asking, are you looking at the canadian schools there? My friend did one of them so that is my baseline.

I have a friend who did both, one right after another. She said at the time, things were going further - especially with fresh food. She also said it was easier to leave the city and hit the beach - because the infrastructure was there - reliable and cheap. (Not always hopping on a plane to Dahab). However, she had to leave due to flooding.

Wish I had more.....

Thank you to both of you - I am certified in 2 provinces - BC is one of them.

@Westcoaster Do you remember roughly what the salary was? Range?

Canadian Offshore Schools - any suggestions?

I am exploring the offshore Canadian schools and wondering if there were any with a great reputation (solid school/good package/supportive team..etc)...I am new to the scene with limited experience overseas so I would love any feedback on Canadian schools aboard?

Thanks!

BIS Canada - Korea

Hi all -

There was a previous post about this school but didn't get much action. Any information on this school? What is it like living in Bundang? Korea impressions?

(A BC offshore school - canadian)

Thx!

It is not a cover letter.

I have read on blogs and seen on some school websites, that a letter prior to a posting to connect with a recruiter is helpful and puts your name in their mind.

Yes- I agree they are busy and won't always respond but I was getting the impression that to arrange meetings outside fairs, this was one approach. (as a way to access jobs prior to the recruiting season that are not always posted and access the hidden market)

How to jump off the page!

Hey all-

I am a long time reader of this forum and finally wanted to dip my toe in.

My husband and I are exploring going overseas again and something we struggled with, and a piece of advice I always see, is sending an intro letter to feel out a potential school. Can anyone shed light as to what types of things are in this letter, do you include a resume...and who do you direct to?

We cannot really afford to go to a fair, so we are trying all other things to get us on top of the pile -
