One of my friend told me about Holiday Working Visa, it's for people from age 20-35 to travel and play and work in EU.
I looked into that! They required your CV (resume), application form, bank statment, health insurances and your return flight.
My question is, does holiday working visa the same as working permit?
Am I able to make things easier with holiday working visa?

I'm paying for my ticket and accom.
They only hire people in Italy, this is why they don't do skype interview.
they want me to call them after I arrived to Italy. The administrator told me this:
" I can hardly wait to meet with you. I am very hopeful we can get you onto our staff. Since we hire American teachers, most of our teachers transfer after 3 years because their spouse transfers. "

I wanted to work in an international school. I went on do an international school job search on the website. I found this International school where I applied. and they replied me in couple of days after and invited me to go over for an interview. The school is also a NATO based. I am thinking we are talking about the same school.
I was wondering if you are eventually go over to naples for an interview?
