42 now (and 15 DoDDS) and I would use separate resumes: 1 for STEM, 1 for Fine Arts, 1 for Humanities and 1 for Generalist. The credentials section of my resume, was too long, wasnt adding much utility, and wasted interview time explaining it to recruiters.

If your going to obtain double digit credentials you need a plan to manage the presentation of them. Usually your not interviewing to teach a whole IS. Focus the resume on the cluster of subjects for the vacancy you are applying for. Subject clusters have complimenting affinity for one another. If you cant immediately make a construct/model connection of the subject to the job your applying for than it doesnt belong in the application packet/resume. If you are applying for a Design Technology vacancy, than your PHE credential isnt doing anything for you.
Its also information overload for a recruiter, they have 10 seconds maybe 30 to determine if you are someone they want to talk to, to many credentials means searching though a clumsy list of endorsements on a resume or searching through a multi page credential.

If you do go with the shotgun approach and send it all to each recruiter for every vacancy, than have a short prepared response for the interview, because one of the first questions your going to get asked is "You have very impressive qualifications, can you explain how you got so many credentials/endorsements?". Make the response short "My goal is to serve special population students and I find I can address their needs better when I as their support teacher understand the material content internally without outside support".

You also want to make sure that there is an easy and and verifiable means for the IS and other agencies to verify that many credentials. Ive had immigration agencies delay visas and work permits, because they just didnt believe it.

Well, I guess everyone collects something.

Fortunately I have no need or desire to add any other certifications since I already have my dream gig/location (and if I add more certs they might want me to teach something other than what I'm teaching right now).

I wasnt even trying to add the 15th DoDDS certification, but its bounced between 16 and 14 so I guess now its a solid 15. I cant add any more unless I want to start adding FLs, or get a superintendents credential or get a pupil services/attendance officer endorsement. Thats about all thats left for me.

What could you possibly be worried about? You teach SPED and youre inline for the district SDC assignment, you could become a master maths specialist and youd still be in SPED.

You never know. When they drop positions to .5 (which happens, even in SPED) they sometimes get desperate to find a match with another subject area or cover a few sections of something. I know this because (among other reasons) when I got excessed I remembered that my principal had come in a couple of weeks before and asked me if I was certified to teach anything else.

As for any job above classroom teacher level, I have zero interest. I can't possibly imagine why anyone would want to be in education if they didn't have the chance to have daily interaction with students (as in their own students). I would probably kill myself if I had an ISS job (I'd be bored and teachers are not exactly the most enjoyable people to deal with at times, except as equal level colleagues).

Yeah thats true it does happen, Haleys comet comes by every 75 years too. SPED is a bottomless void with an insatible appetite in DoDDS, even if you were dropped to .5 FTE that would be how long? Weeks, months, term at most, and its not like you werent needed and wanted. There were excessed ITs that a lot of admin didnt want. They wanted to find something so they could keep you.

Yeah, but theres only three of you in the district and youre the only one that doesnt want a transfer. Someones got to stay and train/manage the little corp of paras they want to use as tracking assistants.
