Are there any folks making the transition to admin in 2020-21 school year? I'm speaking to a couple of secondary schools in B.C. (Salmon Arm), Canada and want to know if you're in the process or have recent admin experience in this area. How did you manage students with special needs or those in French immersion? If you could shed light on any gender gaps, budgetary issues etc. that'd be helpful, too. Thanks in advance.
