What do people do and where do they go when their job goes wrong and they leave their school for whatever reason during the academic year?

It depends on what exit strategy they used (A or B). Usually if its A and if they have an expat family to support they go back to their HOR and substitute/relief/supply teach until the next recruiting cycle. If they are single or have a local family they usually transition to ESOL. If its B than they just plan on recruiting into the next IE or DE cycle.
