Thank you. Until I can get onto ISS Schrole does anyone know where and when the next few job fairs will be held?

You don't need to be logged in to see that, it's on the public part of the ISS-Schrole website:

Atlanta: December 9-11, 2018
Bangkok: January 4-7, 2019
San Francisco: February 7-10, 2019

So I guess that means no more ISS-Schrole fairs this recruiting season.

ISS doesnt have any fairs until November which is an iFair and their next F2F fair is December but its a dump fair. The next ISS fair worth going to is BKK. The next SA fair is in October. SA use to have a fair in July, which was the last before commencement of the new AY called the summer shuffle, but they havent had it in years.

Funny story - I emailed Schrole that I was concerned that I have never received any feedback from my extensive applications. I started to think my account wasn’t working. They replied with something like they are still growing. Then a few days later I landed a dream school job through a Schrole application. After like 4 years it worked.
