Europe: Years of teaching recognised for teacher salary?

Which schools in Europe take into consideration your years of teaching when determining your salary? I'd be interested in hearing about schools in other locations too but primarily Europe.

Most of them, the vast majority of them, though they usually have caps on the amount of experience you can apply to step for salary. There are ISs (I know of one, Ive heard of others) that dont have a scale at all, all ITs make the same salary (if your doing a good job, it shouldnt matter how long you have been doing it).
