I'm jumping into leadership this recruiting season. I've seen a trickle of jobs that I've applied for. I'm signed up for the leadership fair in Bangkok in November. In your experience, do schools do hiring at this fair? New to leadership jobs I mean...not principalships....

They do, but for principals its usually the site of the meet and greet where they have dinner and a sit down and sign a contract, with most of the process having already been done in advance. You see more the site appointments made for APs/VPs/DPs.
