Please don't flame me but thought I would ask... are there any schools that provide housing for teachers in Western Europe? What about for Admin? Is it different in Eastern Europe?

Switzerland in WE and Bulgaria, Czech Republic, and Romania in EE.

Elite/Tier 1 ISs in both, understand that in the WE housing is taxed at the standard rate of about 35%. Still better than paying it yourself. In the EE second tier ISs will give you something. However, just to clarify unless your housing is a room or apt/flat in the boarding/house portion of the IS, your going to get a housing allowance, which has its own associated costs. Executive leadership typically get some form of housing worked into their comp.
