EC dependents and teaching in Geneva

Hello!
I am new here. I am looking at a dream job at Ecolint Geneva, however I have a young dependent and thus if hired would be dropping him off first at the EC school, assuming they pay for tuition. So, does anyone have any experience with flexibility for staff children for that 10 minute window of needing to be in 2 places at once, within the school network? The EC opens at 815 and the secondary at 810, Is there a possibility of dropping the lad off a few minutes early ?I know it is specific, but any info on this in Switzerland would help too. Seems like other schools open their doors at 8?!! And those might be a solution. Thank you for any info on teaching in Geneva with dependents. I may not apply this time around, am very happy at my current IB school, but while checking for future timing I was swayed by this amazing position where I hit all of their criteria, at least on paper. I am no greenhorn, and am fluent in French, with family in France ( although not that close).
