Reviews are not allowed, so I won't speak to the school. The city is surprisingly small but developed an expat community due to its former status as the capital of West Germany. It isn't known for anything else (for better or for worse). So you can research life in smaller cities in WE/Germany for an idea of life there. That is neither a recommendation nor an endorsement--just a starting point for your research.
