DODEA hiring happens when?

I have applied last summer and my application is complete. I have even emailed almost every principal in the DODEA system. They all say they don't have anything to do with the hiring, and that in early spring they do their hiring. Any idea when this happens and if there are some fairs that they attend?

The official hiring of new teachers does not start until the annual transfer process has been completed.

Thanks for the info.... thus the DODEA is more in line with typical US public school hiring timelines where most hiring is in March/April/May as opposed to Jan/Feb for international schools.
I am going to UNI and then NY ISS if I have to after that, so I don't think I can wait around for them, but thank you for the info.
