You have skill, talent, ability and experience, if those do not see you through than nothing will.

Bare in mind that contracts are nothing but paper and your contract can be rescinded or withdrawn for any reason or no reason. You may wish to consider having alternative options available as fall approaches.

Congrats on the job and it seems as though you are in a fantastic location to travel around.

Just remember that the pay in LA may not be as high, but there are so many affordable travel options from which I've heard make up for it.
